256-BIT ENCRYPTION: Mumboe employs round-trip encryption, ensuring that all data is secure as it travels from your Web browser to our servers and back again. We utilize 256-bit Equifax SSL Certification and 1024-bit RSA public keys to ensure security of data during transmission.

PASSWORD PROTECTION: Only users with a valid user name and password can access Mumboe. Mumboe Account Administrators control what these users can see and do in Mumboe, including which folders and documents they can access. Our robust data model prevents users from accessing information for which they do not have permissions.

DEFENDING YOUR DATA AT MUMBOE: Mumboe's data center is defended with 24-hour physical security, picture identification systems, redundant air and electrical systems, and other backup devices designed to keep our application up and running—and secure.

LOCKING DOWN THE APPLICATION: Mumboe takes several steps to prevent against unauthorized system intrusion:

Database servers use non-routable IP addresses.

All operating system software is maintained at the highest recommended patch levels. Unused ports are disabled and unused applications removed entirely.

Network and internal security is enforced using a series of internal and external network security components including perimeter firewalls with Network Address Translation, IP masquerading, non-routable IP addresses, and other safeguards.

REDUNDANT BACKUP: Mumboe also protects your agreements against loss with a redundant network configuration that ensures our networking components and web servers are operating at all times, and regular backups of the RAID file system that stores all customer data. Data is backed up to an independent set of disks and then again to tapes. In the event of a disaster, backup tapes are retrieved from their secure offsite storage location and brought to a designated disaster recovery facility.

YOUR DATA: In addition to Mumboe's own backup processes, you can download your Mumboe data anytime. Contacts and Agreement details can be exported to a .CSV file and imported into a spreadsheet or into contact managers such as Microsoft Outlook, and you can download PDF files of agreements that have been uploaded into the system.
