With just a few simple clicks, Mumboe account administrators can make changes to the system without the need for expensive support services. Of course, if you do have questions, we’re here to help.

Add agreement types

To help you get started, Mumboe includes a standard list of agreement types common to many businesses. You can add as many new agreement types as you wish with just a few clicks.

Create custom fields

Mumboe lets you extract, create, edit and save the fields you want to track from complex agreement documents. You can decide what type of field you want (text, date, currency, etc.). Once created, these fields are searchable in the Mumboe system.

Create & edit agreement folders

Agreement folders allow you to organize your agreements and control which users can access specific folders. These folders work much like your desktop file system, providing quick, familiar access to your important agreement documents. Account administrators can add, edit and delete folders to meet your own organizational needs.
