Auto Extract Agreement Details: Once a document is uploaded into Mumboe, you can choose to automatically extract specific details such as effective dates, expiration dates, parties and more.

Add agreement types: To help you get started, Mumboe includes a standard list of agreement types common to many businesses. You can add as many new agreement types as you wish with just a few clicks.

Create custom fields: Mumboe lets you extract, create, edit and save the fields you want to track from complex agreement documents. You can decide what type of field you want (text, date, currency, etc.). Once created, these fields are searchable in the Mumboe system.

Create & edit agreement folders: Agreement folders allow you to organize your agreements and control which users can access specific folders. These folders work much like your desktop file system, providing quick, familiar access to your important agreement documents. Account administrators can add, edit and delete folders to meet your own organizational needs.

Add new users: You can choose whether to give new users full access to all agreements in the system, or you can limit their access to specific folders and subfolders.

Manage Contacts: Contact information is stored in a centralized location. Sync with your Highrise or Salesforce.com accounts or import from Microsoft Outlook.

Custom Reports: Mumboe lets you use multiple criteria to construct detailed reports. Mumboe searches the full text of all supported documents in the system.

Account Backup: Mumboe account administrators can create a snapshot of all the data in their Mumboe account, including primary agreements as well as supporting documents, notes, tasks, events, contacts and agreement summaries. Price: $24 for a downloadable zip file for accounts with less than 750 MB of stored data, or $44 to order a backup DVD (price includes shipping and handling).

Upload Agreements: You can upload agreements into Mumboe with just a few clicks. Choose the agreement from your desktop or network, and click the upload button. Mumboe uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to scan the text and automatically creates a PDF of your document.

Personalize Your View: To quickly find the agreement you need, you can choose whether to view agreements in folders or a list of all agreements. You can personalize your view further by adding or deleting columns, and rearranging the order in which they appear with drag and drop ease.

Calendar View: See tasks and milestones by date rather than agreement. Use the iCalendar service to allow you to see this information in your own calendar application.

Activity News Feed: View a stream of recent activity on your Mumboe dashboard, much as you keep up with friends on Twitter or Facebook. The news feed can include any activity in the system, such as changes to an agreements status, new milestones created, tasks completed and more. The news feed can also be delivered to users in an email digest.
