The latest release introduces new features and services such as read-only user pricing; an account backup feature; and a free “getting started” service aimed at making it even easier for cost-conscious customers to purchase and use the system.

Read-Only Users
To allow Mumboe account holders to share agreements with more users at an even more affordable price, Mumboe has introduced “read-only” user pricing. Read-only users can search and view agreements, but cannot make edits or changes, create tasks or perform other actions in the system. Price: $6/User/Month.
Data Backup Service
Mumboe account administrators can create a snapshot of all the data in their Mumboe account, including primary agreements as well as supporting documents, notes, tasks, events, contacts and agreement summaries. Price: $24 for a downloadable zip file for accounts with less than 750 MB of stored data, or $44 to order a backup DVD (price includes shipping and handling).
Free Getting Started Consultation
Available free to Mumboe Pro account holders, Mumboe is offering a one-on-one web meeting to help new customers configure their Mumboe account to their own specifications.
User Interface Enhancements
The Mumboe user interface has been further streamlined to increase user efficiency and productivity, and make it easier to find information. For example, the Mumboe Dashboard has been redesigned to include more direct functionality for managing agreements. Context-sensitive help links are embedded in each page, while video tutorials allow users to view short demos of specific features.
Pricing and Availability
In addition to the new features, the Mumboe application offers a full set of contract management capabilities, including a secure online repository, alerts and reminders, and the ability to automatically extract contract intelligence from complex agreements. The application is available in the following versions:
- Mumboe Express Free starter account includes up to 10 agreements or 50MB of storage, and shared access for up to three users.
- Mumboe Pro 250 agreements/1GB of storage. Price: $24/User/Month.
- Additional Storage 100 agreements/1 GB storage. Price: $12/Account/Month.
